Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions to enhance controls and mitigate risks.
  • Act as a consultant to internal and/or external groups to benchmark company performance and promote knowledge of compliance and risk management best practices.
  • Challenge business decisions and present risk mitigation alternatives, as appropriate.
  • Update senior leadership on the status of compliance/risk management programs and partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen organization-wide effectiveness.
  • Participate in risk management forums at the enterprise level.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other compliance and risk-related certifications.
  • NERC System Operator certification (RC or TOP).
  • LSS-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

This is a hybrid position, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. PG&E Corporation offers a competitive salary range, with a Bay Area minimum of $132,000 and a maximum of $226,000, and a California minimum of $125,000 and a maximum of $215,000.
