Platform Relations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our platform relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, community management, or developer relations, with a focus on enterprise companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow our community initiatives, focusing on developer relations and talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster community engagement and growth.
  • Utilize strong organizational and presentation skills to manage community events and activities.
  • Leverage top-notch written and verbal communication skills to interact with community members, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate a track record of high achievement in previous roles.
  • Apply a basic understanding of the software development cycle and current technology trends to community initiatives.
  • Field questions, think on your feet, and solve problems effectively.
  • Hire and work well with a team of freelancers and/or employees to support community goals.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
  • Several years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or DevRel, with a focus on enterprise companies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of developer relations or talent operations processes.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of high achievement.
  • Basic understanding of the software development cycle and current technology trends.
  • Strong customer (talent and members) focus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience in hiring and managing a team of freelancers and/or employees.
