- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field, plus 10 years of experience in a communications or agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and key messages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
