Job Summary

We are looking for a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service and is able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers who come in for service/part(s) purchases.
  • Create sales/work orders for customers.
  • Enter new customers into the point-of-sale system with all required information.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Assist the Service Manager with organizing parts rooms.
  • Invoice, file, and fax documents.
  • Order parts as instructed by the Service Manager from various vendors.
  • Maintain detailed records of parts coming in, including inventory management.
  • Manage the calendar of drop off/pickups of boats for service.
  • Handle customer issues, including warranty-related issues.
  • Keep price files in the point-of-sale system up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager.
  • Perform light cleaning duties.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous Cashier/Receptionist experience in a boat or automobile setting is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a service shop environment.
  • Willingness to learn a new invoicing system.
Work Environment

We offer a dynamic work environment with a team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and Saturday, 10am - 2pm.
