We are in search of a dependable and results-oriented professional who possesses a robust work ethic and is driven to succeed in an Outside Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales activities for the complete range of products and services within the designated territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, including cold outreach.
  • Conduct on-site meetings with current clients to assess application needs and identify potential new business avenues.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new clientele.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients for ongoing account management, including quotes, pricing, delivery, technical assistance, service, and new product introductions.
  • Stay informed about new products, processes, services, and tools by completing necessary training.
  • Engage regularly with target buyers through in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Handle all administrative duties related to the position, including sales reporting, customer account maintenance, and expense tracking.
  • Leverage marketing data to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate joint sales efforts with vendors.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven sales success along with technical expertise in industrial control and automation products and services.
  • Relevant educational background in engineering or equivalent training and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit professionalism and business acumen to represent the company positively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Physical Requirements
