Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing capital improvement projects related to water facilities, including water treatment upgrades, pump stations, storage tanks, pipelines, and other facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, hydraulic modeling, and engineering principles. They will be responsible for leading project teams, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Managing project development, design, and delivery
  • Ensuring corporate Technical and Environmental Health and Safety/Security standards are incorporated into design specifications
  • Managing and reporting on project expenditures
  • Driving efficiency into project delivery through monitoring of delivery metrics and utilization of alternate procurement and delivery methods
  • Managing environmental and governmental permitting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required
  • Strong project management skills, hydraulic modeling experience, and personal effectiveness skills
