Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager at Bango Bowls, you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and Developing Team Members - You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team that shares our vision and values.
  • Facilitating Ongoing Training and Development - You will work to build a bench of future leaders by providing ongoing training and development opportunities for your team members.
  • Fostering a Positive Company Culture - You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our company culture, ensuring that it is personified by our team members.
  • Managing Schedules and Staffing - You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules that ensure adequate staffing levels, while also minimizing labor costs.
  • Ensuring a Memorable Guest Experience - You will work to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience at Bango Bowls, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Delivering High-Quality Food - You will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards, using only the freshest ingredients and following our strict quality control procedures.
  • Monitoring and Controlling Daily Food Costs - You will work to minimize food costs while maintaining our high standards of quality.
  • Following Sanitation and Cleanliness Standards - You will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and cleanliness standards.
  • Reviewing and Analyzing Financial Data - You will work to analyze financial data and make recommendations to increase sales and profits.
  • Driving Local Store Marketing and Community Involvement - You will be responsible for developing and implementing local store marketing initiatives and community involvement programs.
  • Managing Inventory and Ordering Processes - You will work to ensure that we have adequate levels of product and supplies, while also minimizing waste and excess inventory.
  • Following Cash Handling Procedures - You will be responsible for ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed, minimizing cash shortages and ensuring that daily bank deposits are completed.
  • Fostering a Safe Work Environment - You will work to ensure that our restaurant is a safe and healthy work environment, following all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintaining Employee Records and Documentation - You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances.
