Operations Manager

At Right at Home Nassau North Shore, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services that enhance the well-being and independence of our clients. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Director of Operations in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Care Coordination: Oversee the coordination of care services, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Scheduling Support: Assist the Senior Staffing Coordinator with scheduling functions, such as matching clients with caregivers and filling open shifts.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the Human Resources Manager with recruitment of caregivers, evaluating processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Inside Sales: Work with the Director of Operations to manage inside sales calls from client prospects, documenting discussions and tracking progress.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home care services, preparing for and participating in regulatory audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and home care management software.
