Responsibilities
- Execute installation, startup, commissioning support, remedial, and preventative maintenance services for mission-critical cooling systems.
- Assist in fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems.
- Identify necessary parts to resolve customer equipment failures.
- Respond to onsite dispatches within required timeframes for scheduled and unscheduled service requests.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a similar technical support-related position.
- An Associate degree from a two-year college/technical school with a certificate in an IT Hardware-related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience working within data center environments is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- $65K-$75K per annum salary, plus benefits package.
