We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Leader to join our team at the Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation. This is a unique opportunity to lead an interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Job Summary

The Healthcare Leader will oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state nursing license
  • An advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $47.00 to $52.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and student loan pay off assistance.
