We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a subject matter expert in data science and healthcare, you will leverage advanced technologies to develop predictive models, experimental designs, and web analytics that drive research initiatives.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience. With a minimum of 6 years of relevant data analysis or analytics experience, you will have expertise in big data, database query and analysis languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Snowflake SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

In this role, you will apply advanced statistical concepts, machine learning techniques, forecasting, and other methods to solve complex problems using structured and unstructured data. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
