Security Patrol Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Uniformed Security Specialist to join our team at First Coast Security. Our company is dedicated to providing world-class security services to our clients, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security patrols and services to our clients on a 24/7 basis. This will involve maintaining order and facilitating the protection of all site personnel, client property, premises, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a courteous and professional manner, and exceptional reception and customer service skills. They will also have strong multi-tasking abilities and a clean driving history with no "at fault" accidents within the last five years.
Responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of routine and non-routine security and receptionist duties associated with access control, CCTV, door alarm and event monitoring using established policies and procedures.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Reporting writing and site patrol duties.
- Lost and found duties and other back security duties, as required, or specified from time to time.
- Ensuring a detailed knowledge and understanding of all summary Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures.
- Compliance of all relevant company policies and procedures.
- Providing support and coverage for access control badges and individual authorized access in accordance with policy.
- Assisting with daily MOP's (Method of Procedure) and coordinating with supervised escorts.
- Insuring visitor, employee, contractor, and vendor access compliance.
- Access control duties, to include static and or standing post as directed.
Special skills and attributes include:
- Excellent communication skills, with a courteous and professional manner.
- Exceptional reception and customer service skills.
- Excellent observational skills Experience communicating via two-way radio.
- Must have a clean driving history with no "at fault" accidents within the last five (5) years
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.

High School Diploma or GED
