Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Roof Doctors LLC. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and sales updates.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales performance to ensure achievement of targets.

About You:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a construction or related industry.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and networking skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Self-Starter: Driven and ambitious individual who can work independently to achieve sales targets.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary plus commission structure, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
