Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Content Development Specialist to create engaging content, manage online presence, and collaborate with property managers to enhance resident experiences at MidTN Volunteer Properties. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing engaging multimedia content (images, videos, and written posts) for social media platforms.
• Managing property-specific social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Partnering with property managers to gather information on resident activities, property events, and other community happenings for promotional purposes.
• Creating and managing online ad campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for properties.
• Tracking campaign performance and providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring consistency and alignment of messaging across all platforms and partnerships.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media channels, reporting on growth, engagement, and campaign success.
• Adjusting strategies based on data insights to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand reach.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation within property management or a related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, advertising platforms, and paid ad management.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
