Automotive Office Manager Position

Herb Chambers Audi/Porsche Burlington seeks a highly skilled and experienced candidate for an Office Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join the team and contribute to the success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day functions within the dealership accounting office, managing the accounting office staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain internal controls to safeguard the dealership's assets and provide accounting support to the management team. Run and review expenses trend reports on a monthly basis, assist auditors, and reconcile bank accounts. Work closely with the Controller and General Manager in preparing month end, quarterly, and year-end documents and reconciliations. Respond to inquiries from the Controller and upper management on a wide range of financial results and special reporting requests.
Requirements:
2+ years of Automotive Office Manager experience is required. Excellent analytical ability, professional appearance, and effective communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional atmosphere in the office and communicate effectively with internal staff and external customers.
