Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our revolutionary insulin pump and future products in the southeastern United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Planning: Collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to develop effective strategies to meet or exceed territory goals, including establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and influencing their prescribing decisions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize exceptional communication and presentation skills to promote the benefits of Sequel's products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to drive continued growth and adoption.
  • Team Leadership: As a Senior Territory Business Leader, mentor junior staff, assist with field sales training, and participate on internal advisory boards to contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute within the assigned geography, with occasional overnight travel.
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred.
  • Demonstrated relationships with Endocrinologists and strong knowledge of diabetes therapeutics strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
