Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support to customers. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer satisfaction targets.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a call center environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
