We are currently seeking part-time Hospitality Center Staff to be a part of our Hospitality Center Network. This role involves welcoming individuals and families visiting correctional facilities and overseeing the Hospitality Center during visiting hours.

Work Schedule: This position requires availability on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with hours varying by location.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, assist with sign-in procedures, and guide them through visiting protocols.
  • Maintain a daily log of required data and communicate this information to the supervisor and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in managing visiting emergencies and relay necessary information to supervisors and correctional authorities.
  • Respond to general inquiries regarding program information.
  • Provide resource information approved by facility authorities to visitors.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety policies.
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors and relevant authorities as needed.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate purchases with program supervisors.
  • Attend in-person meetings to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
