Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:
  • Oversee the reception area consistently during your shift while executing various administrative tasks.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from residents' family members, ensuring relevant information is communicated to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as necessary.
  • Effectively manage and respond to emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate individuals.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, annual training, in-services, and team meetings as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Business Office Director.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups of residents or team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Exhibit patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm, while being adaptable to residents' varying maturity levels.
  • Comply with state or provincial health-related regulations.
