Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Coordinator:
  • Oversee the reception area consistently during your scheduled shifts while performing various administrative tasks.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from residents' family members, relaying essential information to the Executive Director or Business Office Director as necessary.
  • React and manage emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate individuals.
  • Engage in onboarding and ongoing training sessions, as well as team meetings as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Office Director.
We invite you to join us if you fulfill the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups of clients or team members.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm, with the ability to engage with residents at their respective maturity levels.
  • Comply with state or provincial health-related requirements.
