Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc. As a Clinical Social Worker - Rapid Response, you will provide psychiatric evaluation, crisis intervention, stabilization, and referral services to individuals in need of emergency psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide rapid response to psychiatric emergencies in consultation with on-call psychiatrists
  • Conduct face-to-face assessments, diagnostic screenings, and wrap-around safety planning
  • Develop and implement interventions responsive to client goals, needs, and resources
  • Collaborate with the ED healthcare team, on-call psychiatrists, and referral sources to provide high-quality accessible services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance
