About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of global initiatives and drive alignment across matrixed organizations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program/project delivery in partnership with technology and product management teams
  • Work with enterprise to enroll, deliver, and execute wider global initiatives
  • Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders
  • Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates
  • Support the definition of the technical road map to deliver critical business capabilities
  • Responsible for managing holistic program plans, risks, budgets, and key milestones
  • Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals
  • Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project
  • Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live
  • Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs
Requirements
  • 10+ years in IT; 3+ years of program management experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Previous experience in System/business analysis may be taken into consideration
  • Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (essential)
  • Experience working with both agile and SAFe and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing $4M plus budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
  • Proven experience making trade-offs between business needs and technology constraints
  • Proven track record of delivery excellence
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS office
  • Experience in running a shared service team (nice to have)
