Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of quality and food safety plans for co-manufacturing facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Conduct quality and food safety audits at co-manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and implement key metrics and scorecards to measure quality and food safety performance
  • Provide training and support to co-manufacturing facilities on quality and food safety best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing of foods and beverages
  • Advanced degree preferred
