Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Airport Customer Service Representative to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist travelers with ticketing, boarding procedures, and luggage handling, all while delivering outstanding customer care.

Job Title: Airport Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Employment Status: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome passengers, clients, and airline staff with professionalism
  • Accurately verify passenger tickets
  • Provide essential flight details and guidance to travelers
  • Keep accurate records and reports as necessary
  • Communicate clearly with passengers and colleagues
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols
  • Execute additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Must pass a drug screening and background investigation
  • Required to obtain relevant airport identification
  • Must have dependable communication and transportation

Language Proficiency:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential
  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively
  • Excellent listening abilities
