We're looking for a Patient Care Concierge Team Lead to join our team in San Diego. As a Patient Care Concierge Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that our patients have a seamless and positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on our services.
  • Lead a team of Patient Care Concierges, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, techs, and radiologists, to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Assess and improve current workflows and processes to ensure they are aligned with our company's mission and values.
