Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Concierge to join our team at Savas Health. As a Patient Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Keep patients informed about their wait time and offer refreshments.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Communicate with pharmacies to update or cancel patient prescriptions.
  • Set up the treatment area and ensure a healing environment for patients.
  • Check and print the service schedule roster for patients to reference.
  • Enroll new patients, explaining the program treatments and attendance requirements.
  • Welcome patients at check-in, obtain vital signs, and update patient information.
  • Capture and upload patient photos into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Provide exceptional customer service when assisting patients with scheduling.
  • Ensure patients receive regular medical check-ups and scheduling evaluations.
  • Provide patients with name tags and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Certified Medical Assistant license (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient use of fax and scanning machines.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is high to moderate.
