Modern Chevrolet Cadillac of Burlington is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team of talented parts professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient parts selection, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
  • Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure they are exposed to our full product line
  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
  • Pull and fill orders from stock
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson
  • Experience with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
