Key Responsibilities

Achieve new business production targets as set.

Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

Request referrals from each customer and clarify our referral program.


Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (basic conversation skills) is required.

A genuine eagerness to learn, along with being resourceful and coachable.

Previous Sales Experience is essential.

Ability to initiate contact and secure appointments from a cold start.
