About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the Observation Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to evaluate nursing care and implement policies and procedures.
  • Direct and monitor nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource person for staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
