Key Responsibilities:
The IT Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for:
- Logging user requests in the Incident Tracking System, Freshservice.
- Adhering to established Help Desk protocols for managing requests.
- Providing Level 1 support for user inquiries, including troubleshooting and user advocacy.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate support teams as needed.
- Monitoring system-wide issues and coordinating with IT management to communicate updates and resolutions.
- Maintaining proficiency in computer technology, network systems, and relevant software applications.
- Serving as a technical resource for the user community.
- Overseeing call queues to ensure prompt response to user requests.
- Assisting IT leadership with daily operations and support tasks.
- Participating in small projects alongside support duties.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Expertise in Office 365 management and application usage.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly SharePoint.
- Ability to manage SaaS-based systems effectively.
- Proficiency in navigating and managing Azure Active Directory.
- A solid understanding of fundamental IT disciplines and the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
- A strong motivation for process improvement and enhancing service quality to meet business goals.
