Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive transformative growth in the proptech sector. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales dashboards and metrics reporting.
  • Oversee CRM management, deal pipeline, and sales forecasting.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a newly established sales team.
  • Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Partner with product development to customize solutions for client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as VP of Sales in Hospitality Tech.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Track record of scaling a company from $5M to $10M ARR.
  • Experience in building a sales team from inception.
