Overview:

About Us:

Have you ever considered the fate of pets whose owners struggle to afford veterinary services? At Joveo CPA - ASPCA, our Community Medicine (CM) team delivers specialized veterinary care aimed at enhancing the welfare of animals and their guardians through our stationary and mobile clinics, targeting the most underserved areas. We strive to eliminate barriers to care, providing essential services directly to communities in need while offering partial or full subsidies for basic and preventive treatments. Our mission is to treat both pets and their owners with dignity and respect, empowering them to make informed choices regarding their pets' health, irrespective of financial constraints. Joining our team means becoming part of a dedicated group of over 1,000 professionals who share a profound commitment to animal welfare.

Your Role:

As a leader, you will guide both novice and seasoned veterinarians in achieving their professional aspirations in an environment where animal welfare, collaboration, and community service are paramount. In your management capacity, you will fulfill key CM objectives: cultivate a joyful and efficient team, guarantee that patients receive top-tier care with minimal distress, and ensure exceptional client interactions to amplify our impact within the community. You will also engage as a CM veterinarian when necessary, conducting appointments, caring for pets in our Primary Pet Care (PPC) program, or performing high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN) procedures for both shelter animals and cherished pets.
