Key Qualifications:

Role Overview
This position necessitates a strong background in Capital Markets, coupled with extensive product knowledge. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders and overseeing the entire process through to launch.
Your responsibilities will include assisting Business and Technology managers with various BA activities such as:
- Requirements gathering and documentation of process steps
- Identifying process gaps and creating process flow diagrams
- Generating meeting materials to support management discussions
- Developing test plans and testing documentation
- Conducting user testing as required and collaborating closely with QA/Development teams to ensure alignment of user and technical story releases with business requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison to facilitate communication and information exchange between business and technology teams.
- Take ownership of processes and technology solutions, leading requirements gathering and design sessions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project/system documentation, including meeting minutes, functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and release documents.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables, assisting Development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with business users to provide training, address inquiries, assess user needs, and recommend improvements.
