About the Role
Benjamin Moore is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

In this role, you will:
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  2. Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and marketing initiatives to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues.

About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center setting.

Your qualifications include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

We estimate that your total compensation package could be around $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
