Customer Service Ambassador

Benjamin Moore is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and marketing initiatives to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center setting.
Your qualifications include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
We estimate that your total compensation package could be around $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
