About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our SMB Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new marketing capabilities, incentive strategies, and product strategies to meet new advertiser requirements.
  • Utilize data and customer research to identify problems and growth opportunities, develop effective growth strategies, and be accountable for results.
  • Explore and develop multichannel strategies and innovative business models to promote advertiser acquisition and growth.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Successful marketing strategy skills and experience in driving user growth and product marketing, preferably in the advertising, technology, and SaaS industries.
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills, especially with product, operations, and sales teams.
