Project Coordinator - Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of M&A processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a background in managing infrastructure-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage M&A projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • M&A Support: Assist in the due diligence process, including the collection, organization, and analysis of relevant data and documents.
  • Infrastructure Management: Coordinate infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition management.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
