C4 Technical Services is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Feature and Function application team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the intake and refinement of roadmap items for development, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, refinement, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Track and manage the progress of roadmap items, removing blockers and increasing transparency across the organization.
- Gather and communicate technical requirements to detail-oriented stakeholders, ensuring accurate understanding and implementation.
- Design and author progress reports for senior executives and key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define release scope and deliverables, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Act as a primary communication hub between functional departments and the Scrum team, foreseeing risks, formulating plans, and organizing activities to ensure sprints are completed on time.
- Participate in creating and managing project timelines, ensuring timely completion and meeting project schedules.
- Remove impediments for the teams and escalate the need for resolution to stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee performance of resources, setting expectations and addressing performance issues as appropriate.
- Develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, task definition, sprint execution, impediment removal, and tracking, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Drive development of release and sprint roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist product owners with backlog creation and grooming of stories, promoting Agile and Scrum best practices across the organization.
- Report status of teams to executive audiences, providing clear and concise insights.
- Associate degree and 8 years of directly relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years of directly relevant work experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex web application development is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any business/technical discipline or equivalent experience required.
