Key Responsibilities As a Construction Project Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinating and supervising construction teams and subcontractors, clarifying their roles and responsibilities.
  • Meeting contractual performance and deliverable requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth project analysis to manage risks effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality construction standards and proper techniques.
  • Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.
  • Conducting regular inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations.
  • Preparing internal and external reports regarding project status and progress.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector, with a focus on project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction details, building systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  • Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
  • Project management and leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
