Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Front-of-House Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our Front-of-House team, ensuring seamless execution of service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Model Best-in-Class Hospitality: Demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills and coach the team to deliver the same, resulting in increased guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Evaluate Guest Feedback: Analyze guest feedback, recognize and address concerns, and develop solutions to improve future service.
  • Schedule Hospitality Team: Schedule the Hospitality team to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage during peak periods.

  • Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety knowledge, upholding the highest standards of excellence in our restaurants.
  • Drive Compliance: Drive compliance with safety, security, and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate Local Store Marketing: Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Drive a 'DAMN GOOD' Bar Experience: Develop and implement strategies to drive a 'DAMN GOOD' bar experience, positioning our bar as a destination for guests.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Proven experience in leading Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, with a strong track record of driving sales and profit.
  • High-Level Understanding of Training and Development: Strong understanding of training and development concepts, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Required State Alcohol-Server and Manager ServSafe Certification: Possess the required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements
