Torchy\u0027s Tacos Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Torchy\u0027s Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading our Front-of-House operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Front-of-House Operations: Ensure seamless execution of guest service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Model Best-in-Class Hospitality: Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Evaluate Guest Feedback: Analyze feedback, recognize team members, and address guest concerns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Schedule and Manage Staff: Effectively schedule and manage your team to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Drive Sales and Profit: Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales, profit, and store performance, working closely with the Managing Partner and Kitchen Manager.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety, security, and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, leading FOH and BOH operations.
  • High-level understanding of training and development concepts.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and foster teamwork.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
