Job Description

Job Summary: The Director of Merchandising Operations will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all major administrative and operational projects within the Merchandising Department. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities both internally and externally to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, including Pricing Group, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects as assigned, including rebate reporting and forecast coordination.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide operational oversight and support to ensure the smooth execution of merchandising operations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills to interpret and present data-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising operations or a related field.

Work Environment:

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand and walk.
