About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of E-commerce Site Merchandising to join our team at Spanx. As a key member of our e-commerce leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our global DTC sites, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site merchandising strategies to elevate our brand, drive product sales, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Lead a team of site merchandisers in planning and managing global digital e-commerce content and merchandising, including site modules, product detail content, and product sort order.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Brand, Creative, Growth Marketing, and Digital Product, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
  • Analyze and report on site metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce site/digital merchandising, merchandising, or content management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
