Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization in fulfilling its mission. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of our organization. This position requires a strong leader with a background in human services and a commitment to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Visionary Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the growth and success of our organization.
  • Oversee Administration and Programs: Ensure the effective operation of our organization, including the administration, programs, and services.
  • Supervise and Mentor Staff: Foster a positive work environment by supervising, mentoring, and evaluating staff to ensure their growth and development.
  • Manage Budget and Financial Operations: Develop and manage the organization's budget and financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors: Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent our organization in the community, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting our mission and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services: A Bachelor's degree in a human service field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Public Administration.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in budget management, program development, and personnel administration.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to Build Relationships: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
