Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall safety of the interim housing site through observation, de-escalation strategies, and ongoing participant engagement.
  • Coordinate with the onsite case management team to provide support to the interim housing site.
  • Assist with implementing security and support systems, protocols, and policies.
  • Conduct regular rounds of the interim housing site and facility grounds, communicating any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the case management team to respond to interim housing security and/or crisis situations using non-violent crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation strategies.
