Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support: Work closely with the Operations Training Supervisor to ensure all training objectives are met and lend support on priority projects.
  • Training Records: Responsible for accurately completing and maintaining paper and electronic training records.
  • Document Control: Responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy and entering into site Document Control System in coordination with the Operations Training Supervisor.
  • Compliance: Ensure employee training requirements are tracked and completed in accordance with compliance requirements, as applicable.
  • Professional Behavior: Exhibit professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the department and company, and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Understand and be aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in a professional environment
  • CGMP Knowledge: Prior experience using CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and techniques
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates degree or higher from a college or technical school in manufacturing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
