Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial deposit customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including account information, transactions, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commercial deposit services, including account opening, maintenance, and servicing.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial deposit products and services, including features, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the KYC Officer and Relationship Manager to ensure compliance with Commercial Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and procedures.
- Assist with the BSA/AML/KYC process, adhering to procedures, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
- Validate customer information and entity documents to ensure customers are in good standing and registered properly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners, communicating effectively and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in departmental meetings, projects, and committees as needed, contributing to the development of commercial deposit services and processes.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as financial services, customer service, or banking.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial banking or financial services environment, with a focus on customer service and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in bank systems and software, with the ability to utilize technology effectively to process and track transactions accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- Experience with commercial deposit products and services, including account opening, maintenance, and servicing.
- Knowledge of Commercial Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
