Spiritual Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
* Develop and implement programs to meet the spiritual needs of our community
* Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their voices are heard
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pastoral theology, medical ethics, and spirituality
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Theology, Ministry, Counseling, or a related field
* Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
* One year of health care chaplaincy experience
* Eligible for certification or in process to become Board Certified Chaplain
Preferred qualifications:
* Four units of CPE recognized by the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) or National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC)
* Three years of chaplain experience
* Experience with specialty areas or presenting to physicians/other clinicians
