Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychological, physical, and general aspects of care.
  • Utilize the nursing process in planning care and meet the communication and education needs of patients and families.
  • Communicate in a professional, positive, and assertive manner congruent with Mercy Service Standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Three years' nursing experience with a minimum of one year in a hospital setting, preferably in home care or the equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
