Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at SOAR Consulting. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment at external and company locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with technical developments, follow internal service bulletins, and complete technical courses as instructed by the District Service Manager.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customers in a way that maximizes satisfaction, following company guidelines.
  • Service and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, report, plan, and conduct service or repair as instructed by the District Service Manager.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Submit regular reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure secure storage of spare parts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to support continuous quality improvement and coach junior colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Driving License
  • Education: Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical or secondary college preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations or military equivalent experience.
