Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard new partners, providing support and training to ensure their success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, developing strategies to drive their sales and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely to achieve mutual objectives.
  • Work with the sales team to align efforts and maximize opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for channel partner activities.
  • Design and execute channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentive initiatives.
  • Track and analyze partner performance using key metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Identify and address conflicts and challenges within the partner network.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technology SI & MSP channel partnerships or business development, with a strong focus on Latin American markets.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships in LATAM.
  • Deep understanding of the diverse business landscapes across major Latin American countries.
  • Experience with one of the leading Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their application in LATAM business context.
  • Partner Management experience with Advanced or Premier SI's or GSI's.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and partnership opportunities unique to LATAM.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
